Hi Steemit! An IT Lover turned blogger here! It's a pleasure to be here among you now!

Hi, fellow Steemians! My name is Shah Fahad! And this here is a simple story about myself and what I want to do on Steemit platform.
Well first off a little about who I am. I am a father of two beautiful kids whom I so much adore. My daughter is 4 and a half years old and enjoys listening to poems online as well as doing drawings and coloring on notebooks and walls. My son is 14 months old and it seems he is a fan of Yanni (a Greek musician) and Salma Bekteshi (a Romanian nasheed singer). He is getting ready for his hernia surgery next month, wish us good luck, please.

I am a proud Pushtoon (will turn 34 in January) residing in the beautiful Hazara division located in the northern parts of Pakistan. Love reading and writing, playing cricket, football and video games.

By profession, I am an IT enthusiast who likes to write about different topics and just recently (November 2017) I started my own blog Penguin Engine. My main focus in this blog is to write about the rapidly developing technology, but I also have a passion about other stuff such as video games, anime, travel, sports, fashion, and food.

Having done my bachelor’s degree in the field of IT I have gained more than 7 years of experience as a system analyst and then as a project manager. I have worked on different IT projects for the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and tried my best to improve the system especially the education sector here and believe me it really is hard trying to change the way people have been working inefficiently for decades.

I found about Steemit after joining a popular Facebook blogging community (Pakistani Blogging World). Very hard working and passionate group of leaders who truly want to improve the IT industry in the country and our province especially.

My plans for the Steemit community are quite simple. Make myself noticed by providing you with valuable information with my opinion, which will be beneficial to you (hopefully), to which you can easily relate to, and which will complement what you and this community already know.

Aside from providing readers with my perspective on different things, I will be engaging constructively to the topics which seem interesting here. So, expect my comments in your posts.

I am really hopeful that my blogs will be helpful to many different people on the internet. I plan to spread the word through the social media networks (genius right??! 😄), and using this most common approach I will try to bring in fresh blood to the Steemit Community. This will not be limited to just the people I have connected to through the internet, but also friends and family that I personally know.

My goal is to learn from others how to improve my life and those of my near and dear ones and to teach others how they can better themselves with pride and grace.

Right now I am looking for my next job, and considering the time at my hand, I have delved into the realms of blogging and rediscovered my passion.

My long-term plans are: Start an academy to teach others, have my own retail business, and start a high-tech gaming zone for my community.

2018 Goals: Get a job. Blog about different stuff for my readers. Make good reputation on Steemit. And progress on the novel I am writing. Be a better me.
