Hello, Steemian friends,

How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Cooking is a kind of art. I don't know if I can cook as an artist. But I cook sometimes when I have time for my children and family. Sometimes I like to cook. Besides, my children also love my hand-cooked food.
Today I have cooked khichuri with chicken for my children. I am presenting how I cooked khichuri in the form of a recipe for my steemian friends. I hope you will like my amateur hand khichuri-making process. Let me take you to my kitchen.

ingredients:-
Rice1/2 kg
Lentils300 grams
Moong dal300 grams
Chicken1 kg
Onions1 bows
Turmeric powder2 teaspoons
Chilli powder2 teaspoons
Saltin moderation
Coriander leavesas much
Cardamom4 pieces
Long4 pieces
Bay leaves3 pieces
Chicken meat masalaas you need
Peppercorns6-7 pieces

Proccessing of making chicken pakora

Step:- 1

  • First, I mugdaals Half fry in a frypan.
  • Now I wash the rice well.
  • Now I wash the fried mung dal and mung dal together well.
  • Now mix the washed rice and daals together and let the water drain.

Step:- 2

  • Now I put some amount of soybean oil in a pan.
  • Now when the oil is hot, add half of the chopped onions to the pan.
  • When the onion is half-fried, add a spoonful of turmeric powder, a spoonful of chili powder, chicken spices, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, long turmeric batter, butcher it well.

Step:- 3

  • Stir the spices little by little. Care should be taken so that the spices do not stick to the pan.
  • Now I add the drained rice and daal mixture to the masala and stir them well.

Step:- 4

  • Now prepare masala in the same way in another pan.
  • Put the well-washed meats in the mixture.

Step:- 5

  • Cook the meat on medium heat for some time.
  • Now when the rice is ground well, add enough water to the rice.
  • Now add the chopped meat to the rice.

Step:- 6

  • Now cover the bottle with a lid with enough water.

  • When the water in the pot becomes dry, I take the pot off the stove.

  • I am done cooking. Now I serve in a bowl.

  • Chicken Khichuri with Lemon Chili and various toppings makes the taste of the food more interesting.

  • Now I take a picture of Khichuri with me and share it with steemian friends.
