An example of multiculturalism creating new foods, the Vietnamese rolls aren't a traditional Vietnamese dish, but were an adaption once they got here in Australia after the Vietnam war.
They are a hit with Australians and they are often sold out by lunch time on a week day. Luckily today is Sunday! ;) .
They are customizable to cater to vegetarians too!
