Red onion helps in cancer prevention

 Onions do not only increase the taste of food, but also have various health benefits. Hundred years ago, Egyptian Ayurveda doctors used on the treatment of various types of bacteria, viruses and fungal diseases.


Recently, researchers from the Italian and Swedish researchers showed  that Indian varieties of red onion help in preventing gastric, colon,  breast, ovary and kidney cancer by playing regular.


A  large onion contains 86.8 percent water, 1.2 percent protein, 11.6  percent carbohydrate, 0.18 percent calcium, 0.04 percent phosphorus and  0.7 percent of iron. There are also vitamins A, B and C onions.

Well said. In fact onion has so many health benefits. I am a medical professional and during me fimal year in university my colleague did a work on onions. So eating it comes with a lot of benefits. I love your post
