Hello my gorgeous ladies and gentleman

How are you all I hope you have blessings of Allah almighty doing great in your life and I must say the summer is on its speed and its very hot weather nowadays and even 7:00 a.m. you just got so much you know heat coming out everywhere I just got time today because I was busy in my house hold work so nice that didn't get time to work.

So after my prayer and after performing why duties then I am preparing today for making biryani and this is always good to know that I am very good and making biryani and not just in server but I love to cook even during Ramadan as well.

During summer we eat more no matter where we are but what I have seen that he and during my summer I start eating more and recently I was also using some sort of green tea and lemongrass for my weight loss journey but now I have seen that I am eating more so I have tried to eat more salad and along with that the raita

This is the yummiest salad and what I have tried you make the portion control and what I have tried to make the salad in portions so that I can eat more salad and less food so in this way it will have to reduce my weight and I am focusing on more I like the things which help me to reduce weight and I will upload more vlogs what I am doing to loss.

This is the final look of the MES biryani and it is reach in protein I tried to make more protein in it and less rice so that I can eat the protein in my good skin as our all body muscle and skin is made up of protein so what I tried to eat now a days more protein I also concern nutritionist and also suggest me that you can add amount of protein in your diet and also good amount of salad in your diet.
