Let's show how creative you are:- Drawing - Mosquito
Cordial salutation to All !
I hope the best for you. From the bottom of my heart, I wish the entire Steemit family worldwide a happy day. You are leading a lovely and healthy life.. I'm here today to take part in yet another fantastic Steem4Nigeria contest. Today's contest title is "Let's show how creative you are: Drawing - Mosquito" .This is organized by @benton3. I enjoy taking part in Steemit's creative contests, and as a nice way to accomplish something worthwhile, I tried drawing a mosquito.
The material I used at the time of drawing .
Serial of Materials | Name of Materials |
---|---|
🔵 1 | White Paper |
🔵 2 | Color Pencil |
🔵 3 | Pencil |
🔵 4 | Eraser |
✏️Step 01 ✏️
I started by sketching a small circle, which is a mosquito's head. Next, I sketch two long, sloping lines from its head side for the proboscis. I also drew the middle part of his body with some curved lines at the back of his head, which are connected to the head with two short lines.
✏️Step 02 ✏️
I have drawn some V-shaped lines from different parts of the mosquito's body, which represent its legs.
✏️Step 03 ✏️
Far to the right, make a little mark, which is the initial part of the back of the body. I draw a long line from the mark to the body to represent the upper edge of the thorax. I draw a long, curved line at the bottom to complete the mosquito's thin thorax shape.
✏️Step 04 ✏️
I drew its wings using two long curved lines and added some lines to them to add the details of the wings.
✏️Step 05 ✏️
Different parts of the mosquito's body have been painted brown.
✏️Step 06 ✏️
Finally, I colored its wings with the help of blue and brown color combinations.
✅What type of insect is it? |
---|
Mosquitoes are flying insects that can be found in more or less every country in the world. Their long legs, slim bodies, and characteristic proboscis—which they employ for feeding—are characteristics of these insects. Their capacity to bite and consume blood is what makes them most famous, and females mainly use this ability to get nutrients for the development of their eggs. As carriers of illnesses like dengue and malaria, mosquitoes are also important.
✅Have you ever seen one? Of what use is it to humans? |
---|
Yes, I have seen mosquitoes. It would be wrong to say I just saw them; I am restless with their biting. While some mosquitoes like to live close to people, others favor long grasses, marshes, or forests.
We benefit indirectly from mosquitoes, even though they do not directly benefit us. Additionally, as pollinators, they support ecological balance.
I want to invite my fellow Steemin @sana-khan01, @ahmneska , and @emishael60 before I leave.
