Parkrun Day
I don't have a proper breakfast when I'm running Parkrun as I find it uncomfortable to run after eating. So I had a black coffee, rehydration drink and a banana and I also thought I'd risk drinking my green juice, with anti inflammatory benefits I hope!
Thankfully the juice didn't affect my stomach whilst running.
After I got home I drank a chocolate protein shake, I drink this as I hope the protein helps the recovery of my muscles as I don't think I get enough protein just from food.
Lunch was a naughty pizza hut as I went out shopping just to do something different on my day off. I tried one of their healthy 600 calories flatbread, a veggie one, it was really nice but I ruined the healthy with cheesy garlic bread and a few cheesy chips. Even the salad was unhealthy as I love the coleslaw and potato salad. I had about 3 big glasses of Pepsi max.
Later I the day I was hungry again even though I had eaten loads at lunchtime so I had a healthy poached eggs on toast.
As it's Saturday I drank 2 cans of lager then I are 2 packets of French fries because drinking alcohol always make me crave for salty snacks.
I didn't track my food on MyFitnessPal today as I wouldn't know what to put for Pizza Hut and I know I've eaten too many calories!
My steps and exercise wasn't brilliant either!
