The Ontario superior court of Justice has recently moved to take custody of a large sum of assets from a crypto alternate currently frozen in accounts at the Canadian Imperial bank of trade (CIBC).

The government is creeping in. Taking what they can, where they can. The industry needs to stand up and fight back. It cannot stand by silently while the regulators and courts try to take control. If they do, they will simply roll it over to the established entities.
Surely, that is what the government of each nation would do... intervene so that they could control the crypto system, make it centralized so they could get taxes.
