Memasak Udang Asam Manis
Hay steemian, apakabar ? hari ini saya membagikan postingan bagaimana cara memasak udang asam manis
Bahan :
- Udang 1kg
- Cabai merah 10buah
- Bawang putih 5siung
- Bawang merah 10siung
- Tomat di cincang kasar 1buah
- Bawang bombay 1buah di cincang halus
- Margarin
- Saus asam manis
- Ar asam jawa
- Garam
- Gula pasir
Cara memasak :
- Haluskan cabai merah, abawang merah dan putih, tomat, bawang bombay sebagai bumbunya.
- Bersihkan udang
- Panaskan margarin, lalu tumis bahan bumbu tadi
- Setelah aroma nya harum, masukkan udang kedalam nya sampai berwarna merah
- Tambahkan saus asam manis, air asam jawa 1sdm, garam, dan gula lalu aduk hingga rata
- Masak dan aduk udang hingga rata dan matang
- Dan udang siap di sajikan
