How can i earn more

Hi everyone my name is sheroze and i want to know that how i can earn more in steemit. My friend told me that you have to just post some articles and you can earn but when I posted my first to article i just got 4 votes and 9 views.so i just earn 0.02$. I seen people who have earn more than 100$ i also want to earn more. Is there some trick to earn more if there is trick it would be nice if you people share-it with me and i also want to know that can we earn through plagiarism. I seen many post that are copied from the internet and they have earned money from that is it okay.Anyway I don't want to do that, i like orginalism and i prefer to earn from my own work not through copy & pasting. If you can help me it will be great thank u.
