I would love those recipes I am a sucker for Food. If I see anything new in a Restaurant Menu I will order it regardless of what anybody says.

We always need to try new things in life that I follow.

What do you like to eat? Rouladen, bread, pork dishes?let me know your fave meat, ill give you recipes....if you like soft chewy bread, I make that too!

I can cook nicely but when it comes to baking I am not that good. I can bake any savory tarts but I seem to mess it up if I bake anything sweet.

So anything sweet with baking involved would be nice.

Here's one I'm going to try, made it up, but it sounds delicious . ..

SUPER BANANA CREAM PIE.....

Make pie crust, or buy one at the store
Blind bake it until cooked.

Take 2 bananas sliced, put in a saucepan with brown sugar, cook until caramelized .
Let cool.
Use store bought, stovetop banana pie filling, cook, and agg cocnut to it.
Place the caramelized bananas in the cooked pieshell , cover with pie filling, refrigerate ,
Top with whip cream before eating . ...

This sounds simple and delicious . ....

Coconut macaron recipe Ingredients
3 cups sweetened, shredded coconut
4 large egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract (see Additional Notes)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Wisk egg whites and vanilla
Fold in coconut , sugar and salt.
Roll into balls and put them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
(I press chocolate chips into the top)
Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on the middle rack
(OVENS VARY)

I make these all the time, and they're fool proof, i promise . ..
