Bueatiful ice sculpture in Heilongjiang.

Heilongjiang province is the ultra popular place in the Northeastern region. In the day, we saw the Marshmallow town covered in it's perfectly smooth snow coat, and during the night, the buildings are lit up with lights all over, gently illuminating the town and revealing snow lollipop trees in everyone's garden.

Look at those marshmallow puffs of snowball goodness. They almost seem like sugar macaroons.

At the public square, the light show begins and is simply stellar. It has all sorts of strange tron like colours with all sorts of strangely shaped landmarks as well as buildings. The atmosphere seems unearthly, almost like taking a step into another world.

Some of the statues here are like characters from fantasy games, huge with exaggerated proportions.

The Buddhist statue is almost very prominent and features at the center of the square. Surrounding it is a pavilion with the strangest combination of colours you will ever see. Pyramids start with pink at the top, and then to blue and finally green and yellow. It is like a castle from a cartoon!
