I visited the in-law house of Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
Hello Everyone. I am @shiftitamanna
From #Bangladesh
Greeting my dear friends. Welcome to a new and special travel blog. One of the reasons why today's travel blog is special is that I visited the in-laws of a famous person, Rabindranath Tagore. By visiting Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws house located in Phultala Upazila of Khulna District, I gained a new experience which I am sharing with you on the experience and travel blog.
Some time ago I visited my relative's house in Khulna and visited various places. Among the places visited, I visited the in-laws' home of the historical poet Rabindranath Tagore which is located in Phultala upazila of Khulna district. I left after noon to visit Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws and reached Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws in just 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, on the day we visited Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws, there was no entry into Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws. After going here, I got to know that Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws' house is banned for two days of the week, which I was quite disappointed to hear.
But there was one thing I was relieved to see and that was a member of the Ansar Bahini guarding Rabindranath Tagore's house. When he came to know that I had come from far Dhaka to Khulna to visit Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws, he was very kind and allowed us to enter there. But there was one condition and that was that we could visit around the house of Rabindranath Tagore's father-in-law but we could not enter the house because they did not have the key to enter the house.
Since I visited Rabindranath Tagore's father-in-law's house with great interest from afar, I agreed to visit only the place around Rabindranath's father-in-law's house. Then a member of the Ansar forces there gave us permission to enter and then we continued to explore the place. One thing in particular I really liked and that was a wooden house built on a mango tree.
Although this wooden house is newly designed for tourists but still I liked the location of the wooden house very much. For which I first went to the mango tree and climbed up the stairs of the wooden house to the top of the wooden house. I enjoyed going up to the top of the wooden house as from there I could see several places around Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws. Although the tree was not very high but still it was nice to see the view around the house from the top of the tree.
The staircase of the small wooden house built on top of the mango tree, the balcony of the house was very clean and solid so that we felt good going up there. Although the main attraction of Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws is the old house. As it was closed that day we could not go inside the house which was a bit disappointing. But still I was enjoying the view of Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws standing in the wooden house above the mango tree.
Besides that I looked into the interior of the wooden house and found that it had room for a maximum of two people. But there is no bed or sitting place but one has to stand there. Although the main reason for making these small houses is to entertain the tourists and they were built so that the tourists can enjoy the surroundings by climbing these tall wooden houses.
Standing in this small wooden house, I recorded the scenes around Rabindranath Tagore's father-in-law's house through my mobile camera. Moreover, I took several photographs there on my mobile. Besides, I spent a lot of time inside the wooden house built on a small mango tree. Although the environment around the house is very ordinary but still inside Rabindranath Tagore's in-law house there are several memories and pictures of the world poet Rabindranath Tagore which we could not see that day.
After spending some time in the tree house we decided to descend from the tree and in no time we were down. I stayed in the wooden house built on top of the mango tree for more than 20 minutes and enjoyed the surroundings from there. Since the surroundings of the house were very ordinary and nothing memorable was noticeable here, I went around the side of the house and came directly in front of the house.
As we visited Rabindranath Tagore's in-law house in the afternoon, after spending some time we could see that the sunlight was slowly disappearing so we spent some time in front of Rabindranath Tagore's in-law house and took some photography from there. Rabindranath Tagore's in-laws was small but I liked it very much.
Finally at some point in my wanderings I decide to leave for home as I won't be able to wander here any longer. Anyway after a somewhat incomplete tour I left again for my relatives home and I will come here again if I get a chance.

How wonderful that you shared such an interesting trip! 🌿✨ Even though the house itself was closed, it seems you were able to capture its special atmosphere. The wooden house on the mango tree is simply magical! 🍃🏡 It definitely added a uniqueness to your visit.
It's a pity that we couldn't get inside and see all those historical details, but I think this is just a reason to come back! 😊📸 Thank you for the beautiful photos and description, as if I had been there myself! 🙌
