2- write in your notebook all your previous failures "address only"
3-write everything you want to get rid of .. whether it's a past or present or at any field
you want "write what you don't want"
4-write 5 Convictions or express your opinion as you see it Realistically inside you about all the 8 life pillars
5- write 3 wishes you wants your life to be it at every single life pillars .. and at any field you wanted "write what you want"
6- every day write two thing or two situation you feel thankfulness about them
7- start the training of living here and now
8- reread everything you write every day to make sure about your describing and your opinion and your conviction to prove them .. crystallize and
refine them in your mind
9- you should have trust and believe in the Effectively of this thing and the possibility
to make it happen
