The Diary Game: 16/05/24 | 30 Days Fitness Challenge Come and Join with me 🏋️♀️💪🤸♀️ #Day 1

Keep in mind the fact I am starting a 30 days fitness challenge so that not every one but I could motivate few people towards the journey of fitness which is one of the most important thing to take care of in today's modern era. I would like to invite few people to join this challenge with me.
Day #1 of my fitness challenge
So my day one began with getting up at 5:30 a.m. and after getting fresh I had my energy drink of chia seeds with 2-3 drops of lemon juice and Lukewarm water.
I am generally not a tea addict so these days I am avoiding tea or any beverage which contains sugar. But then we have an option of green tea which is healthy but still I prefer black coffee over tea or green tea. So for the morning breakfast I had Bundi raita which consisted of curd and spices along with juice of cucumbers.

As soon as I reached gym I started my workout as I was early to gym today so despite of providing training I completed my workout session and a must thing which I did was clicking picture of myself to check my progress.
From 8:15 am I started providing weight training and today I had to watch over 4 clients back to back, so in a hurry I forgot clicking pictures of them itself but anyhow the morning session got completed at around 11:45 am. So while returning as I needed some instant energy I stopped a canopy to have sugarcane juice.

As I was too late for lunch because of visiting a client's house for providing supplement I quickly reached home had my lunch and took a nap so that at the evening I could take mom for shopping for the gift of my brother in law.
At around 6:15 pm I got ready and scolded mom too to get ready fast as ladies take a lot of time to get ready. So at a jewellery shop mom purchased a gold ring for the gift. And we returned home after having a glass of mango lassi.

Due to intense workout and traveling my energy level goes totally down after having my complete meal and all I want is a comfortable bed to sleep. A body builder's body need rest for atleast 9-11 hours for complete recovery. So this was my day 1 challenge, will se you in Day 2 of fitness challenge.
