The Diary Game 2nd May Beating the scorching heat with an adventurous ride
So welcome everyone to the diary game presented by Shubham Singh from India, as the may have started this month is considered as the hottest month of the year in India so we all try to keep ourselves hydrated and fresh.
my nephew
Generally my mornings begin at 4:30 a.m. but due to the anniversary celebration of my parents I got up late today and so I planned to reach gym a bit late as I had no under option available. To divert my mind from the stress I played with my nephew for an hour and then what ready for my gym.
Today for the breakfast to keep myself fresh I had a glass of sattu powder which is the powder form of roasted and dried grams and contains high protein which is considered as most important energy giving food in the field of bodybuilding.

Due to scorching heat people in the locality are covering the faces while going out and carrying a bottle of water which is a must so after reaching the gym I took a rest for a around 15 minutes and took my pre workout before starting my workout.
Having completed my workout I started giving the leg workout training to my clients for building muscles and indeed it was a very tough job because leg day indeed very tiring.
After 7:45 pm my training got over and as I was starving with hunger I planned to have my most favourite cheat meal which is Dosa.

After having the yummy dosa I got a call from my house that there was an electricity problem in the area and I was responsible for calling the electrician for repairing the electricity so I reached home and then completed my diary and now it's time for me to sleep see you guys and my next post till then take care and have fun!
I liked your images and the way you presented them If I remember right you come from Tatanagar which is a hot place otherwise also. I had been to your area and visited different places in Jharkhand but be ready for hotter days as June will be even hotter.
First of all thankyou sir for the compliments and yes June will be hotter, hope monsoon arrive early if God wishes because not only humans but animals are also getting damaged by heat.
