Red Currant (Ribes rubrum) 红醋栗
Red Currant also know by its latin name among scientist as ribes rubrum is native to Western Europe. They are very rich in Vitamin C and K. Red Currant is most often used as a jam which is used on meats such as lamb, venison, goose and turkey. Red Currant grows on a bush that can reach heights of 7 feet. They can be propagated through seed or cuttings as seen in the following image taken by Bo Basil.
