Today I want to share a recipe with you : anchovies with coconut milk (Aceh : engket kareng ngen santan)

This food looks simple, but it feels very deliciou

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients 

the main ingredient :

  • 75 grams anchovies (rinse thoroughly)
  • 100 grams  potato (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 2 red chili
  • 6 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 6 dry star fruit
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic

ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 green chili

How to cultivate it:

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

  • enter materials are mashed

  • wait a minute while stirring
  • enter anchovies and potato

  • wait a minute while stirring

  •  coconut milk

  • Add salt and flavorings to taste

  • cooked 15  minutes, while stirring stir

  • Finished
