My new paintig: the sea lover
Some days ago I sketched a sea lover for the "Happy Steemians" series. I thought it would be nice to work on a painting based on this sketch and so it is!
It's an oil painting on paper and it follows the same "striped" style that I used in my new artworks. The stripes remind me the sea, so I think they are perfect to use in the summer artworks ^_^
I took some pics during the work in progress, maybe you're interested to watch them ^_^

Nice... as an old sailor, I can say you've captured the feeling of the sea, my dear Silvia! I bought a roll of B&W film because I want to go out and play with shading... using shadows etc.. Now if it will just stop raining...
