📷 My new drawings in pastels and acrylics

This time I decided to draw animals, of course I wanted to draw a lion - after all, the king of animals and my mascot for life. I was born in the zodiac constellation of Leo!

I decided to try drawing a lion with pastels. I like this material, especially it is good when you try out your capabilities and improve your skills. If something fails, you can immediately fix it.

However, at first my lion was like this. But then I decided to fluff his mane, so he became a little bigger and at the same time a little more majestic.

I was very happy with this result, considering that I am drawing a lion with pastels for the first time.

I used to do only pencil sketches and it turned out like this.

Then for some reason I took it into my head to cover my lion with paint, but it turned out in my opinion worse :-(

Except that was almost a year ago. Today I think I have ccmu have learned something.

Then I wanted to draw an elephant, but I already drew it with gouache and acrylic.

And I divided the drawing into 2 halves: one Sunny, and the other sky-blue. It seems that the elephant is going to the sun. They say such drawings are very positive on Feng Shui.

As a result, the work turned out like this.

I think it will take a year or two and I will learn to draw like real artists. What do you think of my animals?
