From Break of Dawn / The glorious Sestina Poem!

From Break of Dawn

Fate has carved cruel lines in my face.
Their existence dwells despite the attempt to sever.
Forging paths outside my identity, they’re becoming their own entity,
Justified by such, the ever daunting vice,
And the grains that fall from the glass unending,
Justified by ‘Alesia,’ for she walks the planes unguided.

For so long it felt these lines were unguided,
But slowly I’ve come face to face,
With the plague reflection of torment, unending.
It stares back with a hope to sever,
And play out the fantasy of retelling this vice.
Broken glass will birth the entity.

Upon the break of dawn, emerges a new entity.
For I’ve seen the demise of a road unguided.
Two swords will not end the vice,
Nor reveal to all the true color of my killer’s face.
All those aligned to assist you, you will sever.
They will learn true meaning to pain unending.

My cape, bathed with deep swamps of green unending,
I give to you from beyond the grave, my spirit’s entity.
I swear to thee, father, our bond I will never sever.
The day I find you, you shall never walk unguided.
And through the mirror of the void, I fear not face
The darkness within, it shall not be my vice.

Bloodshed engulfs the path, a shadow of the vice.
I fear this hate may grow unending.
Through clash of swords, I long for your face,
An ever-growing clouded entity.
I look around and it is I that is unguided,
Vengeance took my emotions with blades to sever.

I brought war upon us, a rift I sever.
The shadow in the mirror, I have become the vice.
Without your voice I feel unguided.
This land I purge mercilessly, and unending,
Becoming the torment entity,
I now see him face to face.

You must sever the ties that cloud you from my face…
For I’ve never been unguided, you’ve inflicted futile torment unending…
Break past the vice... Restore your entity…

This is a big piece that relates very closely to one of my characters. You'll notice this poem ties in with one of my other poem's in particular, but I'll let you find that connection ;] There is a lot happening in this poem and there is definitely more than one voice, but I shall reveal more and more as time ripples on ~

I really like the last stanza before the envoi.
