Newly birthed slithering donning the invaluable
Encompassing a host of colours the rainbow cannot fathom
So expensive only shared with trusted family
But only demeaned and defaced when taken for granted

A suit wanted to be viewed by all and owned by some
A suit envied by some and equally ridiculed by others
A suit constantly tailored to look the best
A suit with a mind of its own and difficult to comprehend
The twisted in mind, proud and careless of exhibition
The boring and straight shy and scared of a showcase
A show reserved for one and less for all births the conservative
An exhibition given on a silver platter to those who care to watch

Breaking ice and condensing steam straightens the next layer
The layer clearly seen by all who care to see
A suit made for all and worn by some
Coming in different shades, sizes and colours

Matching colours used to look productive and mature
Mismatching colours used to make a statement
Different styles to bring personalities to light
Similar shapes to compliment the previous layer
A new layer of suits to conceal a train of thought
A covering to overlap the inconsistencies in behaviour
A mesh to give the illusion of safety and modesty
A weave used to cast a wide net in an attempt to catch prey

From one to two then to the final three
A suit intended for some but used by all
A suit invisible to most and sometimes even to the wearer
This happens to be the most important
The importance created on its tendencies to be subtle
Easily mistaken or even considered urban legend
The secrets of personality hidden within these pockets
The connection between two people bridged based on the colour
