"SIMPLE AND EASY STEPS TO BEGIN FOR THE BEGINNER!!"

in #art7 years ago

Hi Friend,

If you are already a professional artist then my post this time is not for you. This post aims to be able to guide you step by step in order to learn how to draw a pencil portrait with "SIMPLE AND EASY STEPS".

Okay I will re-introduce myself, my name is Silviola and I have drawn pencil portrait since I was in elementary school. I am a teenager who does not know how to draw at all. I think that drawing realistic portraits would be easy but not if this is without good coaching. While in high school I struggled to learn how to draw pencil portraits so I decided to use part-time and spent my hardearned money on drawing lessons and buying art books.

But what I pity is that most of these books only give good looking results of their work and full of boring descriptions expect you to learn! Some art books can provide step-by-step methods but they do not really provide a step-by-step guide; there is quite a big jump from step A to B!

You see, for a beginner like me who does not know how to draw at all, I can not just learn to draw from pictures. It was too hard for me. No one learns anything with only the final results. I have spent a lot of hope to learn to draw portraits by attending drawing courses and buying art books. From this disappointment, I had to learn to draw a pencil portrait on my own, and I wasted a lot of time and effort through a lot of trial and error.

After about 8 months of struggling, I managed to understand the steps you need to follow to pull in a realistic pencil portrait in the fastest period.

By following these steps, the period of time I spent completing pencil portrait was 8 days. After that, everything seems easier. From 8 days to 5 days, from 5 days to 3 days, and from 3 days to 1 day. Currently, the time period for me to complete the pencil portrait bias is less than 12 hours ..

Do you want to improve your image skills as quickly as possible without attending courses and reading more art books for months or years? Well for this time I will share with you step by step the easiest tutorial to draw a pencil portrait. Yes, a step by step step from beginning to end.

"Oh forget it, I can not draw!"
"I do not have the talent of painting".
Many people have voiced this. In reality, however, age, experience, or perceived lack of talent is not an obstacle to drawing the pencil portrait you always wanted.

Different people will draw from different angles, as long as you get good guidance and are right for good drawing. In addition, drawing pencil portraits is a fun way to hone your observation skills. If that's easy, then why are you still struggling on portrait pictures? That's because you also do not know the step-by-step method and try to copy from the examples, or you see pictures of someone with a lot of talent and experience and think you can not do it.

Not a few people who wear pencils to draw but do not know how to use the drawing tool. Consequences experienced, namely the pencil quickly broken end and the color of the pencil is not maximal. So the image is in low quality. All because of the lack of understanding and information about the use of pencils are good and true to draw. Therefore, you who like or hobby draw need to know some tips using pencil, among others, as follows:

1. Hold the pencil in a relaxed and unnecessary way
Pencils that are light enough not to be held tightly. The reason, when drawing requires calm and a sense of relaxed. So also when holding a pencil should be relaxed. Hold it steadily to keep it off, but with ease. By holding it that way, you can start drawing on canvas or paper secata maximally. The results of the image will not disappoint. How to hold a pencil like this can be trained since childhood.

2. Know the characteristics of the pencil you use
Pencil is indeed a variety of brands and varied shapes. Therefore, you need to know its characteristics before wearing it. For example, the size and diameter of the pencil need to be adjusted by holding it. That way, you can use a pencil to draw according to the correct instructions. When you buy it, you may be able to estimate for yourself how a pencil can be held comfortably when used for drawing. Such pencil characteristics can be known from the information provided on the pencil packing label. If it is a good quality pencil, definitely have it.

3. Pencil pencil does not need to be too sharp
Before use, pencils must first be sharpened with a sharpener. However, you do not have to sharpen too pointy pencil because it's just easy to break it. Moreover, the pencil is too pointed end, has a thickness of less color. Therefore, you should know information like this. The thickness of the line or sketch made should be adjusted with the sharpened pencil taper. That way, you have to figure it out first to get a good sketch drawing.

4. Know the technique of scratching and shading
You also have a hobby of drawing must know the technique or how to scratch and sharpen. Both techniques have different goals. Scratching technique to get a line with a certain thickness. Meanwhile, shading technique to get a collection of lines with more thickness. As a beginner in the field of drawing, you must know and practice it. Those are some tips on using a pencil.

Well now I will give you tips for easy drawing. Here's what you can learn, then practice yourself at home or elsewhere:

Step 1: Select an example of the right image
In the first step, you'll learn about choosing the right reference image for you to draw.
