CAN THIS BE THE DARK ASSASSIN OF ETHEREUM?
AND THE KILLER OF ALL ETHEREUM KILLERS?

It Was a long term discussion whether Ethereum which is the second to the top King of Cryptocurrency Bitcoin can be overtaken by an undervalued coin in the future. Lots of Currencies are named to be an Ethereum killer showing that they also have the same features like Ethereum with decentralized applications that are being built on top of it. Like Neo which is called the China’s Ethereum, or Cardano the Ethereum of Japan, or Eos is the Ethereum of I don’t know what, and Icon the Ethereum of Korea, there are a lot of discussions whether Ethereum can be replaced by a much better performing currency in the future. But can it be possible? Can it be overtaken? Maybe.

In the end of the month of December 2017, after a period of tremendous growth in Cryptocurrency, when bitcoin reach 20,000 Dollars, the Cryptocurrency Ripple overtaken Ethereum and became the second largest coin in terms of market cap behind Bitcoin. Ripple's price rose 42.7 percent in the last 24 hours alone according to CoinMarketCap, with its market cap surging to $73.6 billion.

It didn’t last long enough but it clearly stated that there are possibility that Ethereum can be overtaken especially if it is a better performing currency.

There is a new Cryptocurrency I have notice for the past days, it was being talked about in social media and in YouTube, does it have potential to be a big player in Crypto?

This currency is called Credits!

What is Credits? It is a new platform, an open decentralized network built with the principles of blockchain with internal cryptocurrency and decentralized smart contract. It will solve low network capacity, low transaction processing time of smart contracts, and the limitations of smart contracts.

Fastest platform in terms of blockchain promising a 1 million transaction per seconds, and 10 million in the future when more nodes come online. If you think of it, that’s a lot of transactions right? And they say transactions will be confirmed within .01 seconds, wow! too fast! It got lots of hype and the fees are very low for 10 cents. They will be implementing smart contract, open source, parallel processing and data compression to increase the efficiency to get to the promise they propose of a 1 million transaction per seconds. But it’s not just a smart contracts, they go more further than simple smart contracts because its fully autonomous, which is way better than the normal smart contracts. Autonomous meaning they are more independent, and can stand on their own. Example, in Ethereum smart contract, if you happen to have a payment cycle, when you want to send it every end of the month, you need another program built on the Ethereum network that send the transaction every end of the month, basically there are works done by Ethereum which is dependent to another program to let it work what it supposed to do, but in Credits, those types of procedures re already built in to the contract it self, it doesn’t need another program to do its job. They are developing a nontraditional blockchain but a distributed data base like Ethereum that has lots of platform depending on it. Credits are also saying that they have already more than 500 projects ready to implement the platform and still in ICO. It's got low token supply of 249,471,071 Cs, it’s very important to have low supply, to explain a little bit, it’s like gold, it is finite and a few in existence, that’s why the price of gold is expensive. So because of this hard to believe proclamation that they are making, there are lots of FUD that are happening around the social media, there are lots of fears, uncertainty and Doubt, they’re saying that it’s a scam, that it’s impossible to be achive and they will run. That’s why the token, from its ICO price of .2 cents went up to 1 dollar maybe
because of a whale manipulation, suddenly went dip down to .3 cents to an almost ICO price because people's uncertainty and fear and are not sure on the project, and also the cause of the bear market. Suddenly while everything almost loses faith, this Video went out, following what is according to their white paper that they will release an alpha test. Lots of people never believe that this test will come out but it was a surprise to many.

Come to think of it the test was done about 30 times so they did this test 30 different times and consistently went from 300,000 to 500,000 transaction per seconds. They initially prove that that it can handle a large transaction volume of 500,000 TPS with a prospects of a million per seconds. It’s a huge news in terms of stability. A big issue because it’s an issue of how much traffic before it can get to a blockchain. Bitcoin can handle 7 transactions per second, while Ethereum can handle 15 transaction per seconds. There are also competitors like EOS, Cardano, Neo, like for example Hashgraph can do 100,000 to 250,000 TPS but no proof. While EOS is trying to make a million but the most that they achieve is 20,000TPS, Visa can only do 56,000 TPS while Credits just prove in an alpha version, the very basic version that they can do 488,000 TPS, which is roughly 9 times more transaction than visa. They do say that their program is not yet atomized and in the future have a huge potential for improvement. They already have the Alpha and people are excited and happy. They will have their Beta version which is the next version soon, it’s got more features than the Alpha
Version. After all of this, is the main network possibly in June. And once this is proven, this platform will shoot sky high in the future. But as of now, we are still waiting for the final verdict.
