What is awareness?
Before we talk about why and how to gain awareness, it is worthwhile to clarify what it is. From the psychological point of view, awareness is a state in which a person keeps track of his current experiences, focusing on the present moment and not distracted by thoughts about the past or the future.
It is the capacity of consciousness to introspection (internal observation) of its activity. This means that individual experiences are perceived by the person directly and such as they are. \ In most cases, mindfulness is directed toward internal states, for example, intuition or sensory perception of events occurring in the external world.
Thus, the issue of mindfulness is worried by a huge number of people, and not only those who have devoted themselves to spiritual searches, but also those who simply want to develop and improve their lives, achieve goals and grow personally, understand themselves and the people with whom they communicate .
