Blind Walk (Touch Version

Time: 5 minutes

Preparation:

• blindfold for each pair

This is a simple a fun activity. It's a good one to build trust and explore the edges of trust in relationship. It's also great to feel space and tune to senses in a different way. Enjoy

The onjective of the game is to see how fast each partner pair can move within the space while in communication and feeling the edge of safety and stretching the comfort zone. Find that sweet spot of edge and comfort and see what it's like to find the exhilaration and joy in it!

1 ) Pick one person to lead and one to follow.
2 ) Whoever is following must put on a blindfold or simply close the eyes.
3 ) Leader stands behind follower with a light touch on each shoulder.
4 ) Begin to move about the space. Leader taking care to guide follower in such a way that is 100% safe. Communicate. Slow down. Go faster. Have fun with it.
5 ) after about a minute or two, switch roles.
6 ) Do the same thing
7 ) What was that like?
