Sharing meat for orphans and widows of conflict victims
In Aceh Sumatera, this is commonly done during the day before the Islamic holiday, cutting cows and sharing for orphans and widows of conflict victims in Aceh.
Meat that has been shared and then distributed for orphans, this is often the view and usually done by local political parties and hope by giving the meat these orphans can eat meat just like other people.
And we need to know in Aceh the day before the feast and the day before the fast, hence the traditions of the community here do Mak Meugang, Mak Meugang is a meat eating tradition that has existed since the time of king in Aceh and until now still on guard very well.
And I think this is a very social activity and we hope it can always be maintained so that orphans and widows can eat Mak Meugang meat.
Hopefully with this post we all have a social awareness to be able to help others especially for people who are weak so they can smile like other people.
