Some old establishments and beautiful places in the Diesel Locomotive Workshop

I recently described my visit to the Disesel Locomotive Workshop, as well as the types of machines available there. Although it was difficult to capture all of the machines and share the photographs with you. But I tried my best. Today I will show you pictures of old establishments and beautiful places that I discovered during my last visit.

When you enter the Diesel Locomotive Workshop through the main entrance, after a short distance, an engine will catch your attention. Though it will look new to you, it was built a long time ago, in 1982. I never seen any diesel locomotive to run in real but I was pleased to witness how they looks like and 3309 metre-gauge diesel-hydraulic locomotives of Bangladesh looks amazing. It is still in good condition because it is kept in the workshop area for exhibition purposes only, and the officials take good care of the locomotive.

Once you have seen an old railway engine up close, you can see the large workshop if you follow the left narrow path next to the engine. The front view of the locomotive will not be appealing, but when you see the workshop from the east side, you will understand the main structure of this massive workshop and which appears incredible. It looks like an establishment of the British period.

Diesel locomotive workshop located over a huge area. But there are many free spaces that are abandoned. There are only a few places behind the main workshop that have been used. I am unable to photograph the abandoned location because I arrived at the workshop shortly before it closed and was unable to stay and take photographs for a short period of time. But I tried to cover the main workplace.

The Diesel Locomotive Worskhop is a very beautiful place. It's a clean area and you can see locomotive, machines, railways, buildings and the workers who work here. Seeing the old building and the old railroad locomotive makes me happy. Thank you.
