... Anime series even though there are hundreds of other good ones. While creating this picture, I definitely wanted to call it my Kamehameha moment but changed my mind and gave it a spiritual touch.

However, it doesn’t matter if I call it light, sun, Kamehameha, power attack or whatever comes into my mind... Everything is a form of energy and it speaks louder than any words ever will. I want to remind you to protect your inner light especially during these crazy times.

Your most precious part on your body is actually the soul that lies within. External influences will always try to absorb your energy which makes you vulnerable and open to attack. Everyone of you has this power, this light within you. Even if you don’t feel it, it is there.

Take some time off of social media, read some good books, go out into nature and take at least 10 minutes a day to consciously focus on your breathing. Trust me, it will make a difference!
