What can be done to sustain members active

Greetings to all members of steemit here I am KOJO SOLOMON.

In a special way i will like to appreciate the initiator of this contest and the sponsors too (@kooked & @oppongk). For efforts made to see more participation from members an to enlarge the scope of this group.

First I feel new members should be encouraged by voting their post, steemit is a plat form that is made to encourage written works and self expression in writing, most times when new commers shows up with a post, even if it not supper creative, i feel people should at list appreciate and advice you, it actually suffocating when you are new and posted like five (5) post in a community and then you see only 1 like and 1 vote sometimes non, this members old or new need to be encouraged by the already existing once, (even if you didn't vote my post at least you liked it and advice me to be more creative,) the person will feel muchh better than just allowing post not be voted or liked is really not good, and people will definitely assume this members are doing (family members stuff) I don't know you no vote.

Secondly: I feel sometimes we do not have or know what to write at a time, maybe runs out of ideas, on that note i suggest contests should be more often, since you are sure of a particular thing to write on.

Thirdly: I feel there should be a plate form were from time to time, one can share the difficulties he or she is having connecting or working with steemit, not everyone have a mentor to advice or direct them, some many persons have difficulties to register, to join, to used correct #tag properly and to even write a creative work that will earn him or her vote.

Give away: I feel at some point steemghana can do give away too, if members are aware that steemghana do give away for all active participant from this time to this time, believe me people will be ready to join immediately,
