The DSound Waves Library 12: Moon Groove
Another one for the decentralized soundwaves library. This one is called the Moon Groove.
Starts with some reverbed sonar hits drifting off into a bass line and some manipulated sax sounds. With some alien instruments in the background, it sets the tone for a a very spacey experience.
Some shakers come into the mix and the rhythm flows along into the main beat. Once the beat hits, I added some rhodes piano and some some alien synths. Once we're in orbit the beat chills out.
The rhodes and the beat lay the foundation for some synth manipulation and the song ends with the bass line center stage with the keys supporting.

Your midpoint bridge where the synth layers fall away into a minimal key chord line with melodies being picked up in the background on those modulators was great, mate.
Then again when you reintroduce the key flourish line to transition to the outro - such smooth transition. Obviously that is all helped by the consistent bass line mixed in the front, but doesn't take away from the cool layering and recycle.

Very soothing, the intro reminded me (just the vibe) to a lovely 80s movie called Nausicaa but more on the mood. Very ambient, like the different arpeggios mingling.
