RedAdmiral (Vanessa atalanta)

In July-August in the fields, meadows, woods and orchards there is a huge number of bright and large butterflies RedAdmirals. In meadows they collect nectar from flowers,and in gardens they eat juice of overripe fruits (plum, pear, etc.).
During a recent trip to the village I was able to take pictures of these beautiful insects and around the fruit trees, and during our trips with Michael in the near and far surroundings around the village.
In the first set of photos from our orchard, where the Admirals regaled fallen plums, and after eating, rested on the trees and the fence.
