IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR MY ACCOUNT AND GIVEAWAYS(DELEGATION SERVICE, MORE FAIR GIVEAWAYS...)
Hello guys, I want to make some changes and expand the spykakos account to the next level. This changes will benefit both ends. What are those changes? 1)DELEGATION SERVICE and 2)MORE FAIR GIVEAWAYS.
1)DELEGATION SERVICE: I'm thinking to start a delegation service where you could delegate to me an x amount of SP and give a percentage of the daily profit to my delegators(90%-95%) and keep the rest for my self(5%-10%).
-WHY WOULD YOU WANNA DELEGATE AND NOT KEEP 100%?
Because you just sit and relax earning passive income by letting me do all the work. And also from my earnings and SP i will upvote my giveaways so you will earn more from them and I will probably giveaway more sbd if this becomes a success
-WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU WITH MY HARD EARNED SP?
Basically trust isn't an issue, because you are not giving me your SP but lending it and you can take it back whenever wou wish(takes 7 days to return to your balance). This means I don't control your money but the steem blockchain. The only thing you could argue is that I keep all the profits for my self... Yeah but as i, mentioned you undelegate and I earn nothing and not only that I also lose my reputation and get flaged, so you can be sure I don't plan to scam yo.
-AREN'T OTHER SERVICES LIKE THIS?
Yeah, I didn't invent the idea but there are 2 main reasons why I think I can add value:
1)Upvote the giveaways 2) You distribute SP evenly and you are avoiding the creation of huge whale services that centralise the Steem platform.
Would you delegated if I would start the service? Let me know. DON'T delegate any amount for now if you want to use the service, I will make an official post initiating the service.
2)MORE FAIR GIVEAWAYS: Recently I noticed a flaw on my giveaways: There are many accounts who upvote with an insignificant amount of SP or weight and people with much more SP or weight, as a result there are accounts that haven't contributed to the post and earn the same with accounts that contributed much more.
I don't blame anyone cause I allowed it with my ignorance of how steem works, but now I have learnt more and have to do some changes.
I plan to distribute more fairly the rewards on how much someone contributed.
For instance let's say the post gets 10sbd and there are to upvoters the first contributed 9sbd(90%) and the second one 1sbd(10%) the first will get 9sbd and the second 1sbd.
But there is an issue I need a bot that calculates that stuff cause there are over 100 participants, so yo understand. And I haven't found a bot that does that but I'm searching. If anyone wants to help be free to communicate with me.
So until I find a solution I this is how the giveaways will operate for now:
Anyone who upvotes with less of 15SP won't qualify for the rewards. Those who have 15SP or more but upvote with let's say 1%(basically 0$) also won't qualify for the rewards. Don't get confused if you have 10000SP and upvote with 1%(0.02$) you qualify, also if your vote is 0$ and have 15SP or more and you upvote 100% you qualify because your vote is woth a significant amount(If I didn't explain it well feel free to ask me).
For now the distribution will remain even until I find a solution on how to distribute by %tage...
What do you think? I think this is more fair.
Also future plan is to expand this to an upvote service like tipu, smartsteem or minnowbooster.

Hi just a silly question probably no answer lol if I delegate 5 sp to you do I get something daily and if so how much. Like I said probably can't answer that but thought I would try lol overall good idea would be interested in delegating
Hehehe @rufruf there is no silly question.I think around 0.003sbd/day but It's not fixed and it depends on other factors, It's better than nothing ;)

I'm a little confused about the "less than 15 SP." I have exactly 15 SP, but only 4.5 of it is mine and the rest is delegated to me by steemit. Does that mean I wouldn't be eligible for future giveaways until I have at least 15 SP of my own and zero of it is delegated to me from steemit?
Also, I assume that I can't delegate until I cross the 15 SP threshold?

As for the delegation I'm not sure but I think you can, though not sure.
