Dragonfruit Jelly Cake ๐ฐ From The Cambodian Ital Kitchen ๐ฉโ๐ณ
Good evening everybody! This morning my husband took me on the bicycle to to the store a little far from our apartment. I saw dragonfruits and I buy one to make a recipe for a post and to eat. I used this dragonfruit to make two different recipes.
They had prices not the same, for one dragonfruit it's 15,20, to 25 SRD. They are not cheap so I need to make some money from it because I have two daughters, so I need to think about their life now and in the future ๐. This is the first time I made this jelly style, I hope you enjoy it.
I really love to make jelly because it is easy and I am happy to try other style always. I enjoy eating it too.
๐ฉโ๐ณ Dragonfruit Jelly Cake (Ital) Recipe ๐ช

Ingredients For Crust
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 package of crackers
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 8 dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Remove the seeds from the dates and grind them with the crackers, peanuts, coconut oil and sugar. Put it in a container and compress it with the bottom of a glass. It looks like this.
Ingredients For Coconut Jelly Layer
- 1/2 liter coconut milk
- 16g agar-agar
- 6 tbsp brown sugar or taste
- 1/8 tsp salt
Take pot add add coconut milk, water, salt, sugar and agar-agar, stir it well. Then boil it and stir while boiling. Then pour it in the container and keep it until hard.
Ingredients For Make Jelly Dragonfruits layer Cake
- 1/2 dragonfruit
- 16g agar
- 6 tbsp brown sugar or taste
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 liter water
Crush dragonfruit like me. After I take a pot and add water, agar-agar, sugar, and salt, then stir it well.
Then boil it and put dragonfruit, stir, close the fire. Then pour it in the box on the coconut jelly. Keep it until cool.
After cool I take it outside the box.
