Hi everyone in Qurator & Steemzzang, how are you? Today I want to show you about recipe vegan food.

My first time recipe vegan food it’s lok-lak temple with pepper sauce.

I ate vegan food four years ago. My favorite food is larb tofu, gado gado, urap, balado, amok, pineapple curry, Khmer veggies curry, fry rice style India and puri pizza.

I like mirchi ki salan it’s food my husband cook, and l like Burma vegan food also but I don't know about recipe.

Lime-Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lime of one or to taste
  • Olive oil a little bit
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Step 1

Crush garlic with salt, sugar, pepper.

Step 2

Put lemon juice, olive oil together.

Taste it.

Lok Lak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tempeh
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • green onion
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch with 1/2 cup water
  • Oil for fry

Step 1

Prepare the veggies and everything like this.

Step 2

Salad arranges at the plate, cut cucumber, tomato, onion arrange on salad.

Step 3

Fry tempeh or tofu.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pen put garlic.

Step 5

Fry garlic until aromatic then put onions fry it a few minutes.

Step 6

Then put salt, sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, nutritional yeast flakes fry it until aromatic.

Step 7

👉🏼Tapioca starch put in water 1/2 cup stir it before put inside the pen. If you not have nutritional yeast flakes it’s ok, sometimes I don’t put also it delicious the same.

Step 8

put tapioca starch water and fry it until split and taste moderate, then put fry temple and fry it 20 second off the fire.

Step 9

Put food on veggies arrange was already. Finally put onion leaves on food. You can eat this lok lak with pepper sauce. 😊😋 I showed you beloved.

You can make lok kak recipe vegan food with tofu also but when you put tofu, you need fry it one or two minutes off fire.

And you can make with beef if you eat meat but you need to put the meat first, fry it a few minutes then put onion or you can not use onion if you not like. Recipe cook the same all.
