Today I want to share my vegan dal recipe with everyone. This is food very heavy and good for healthy.

👩‍🍳 Tadka Dal Recipe 🔪

Ingredients For Dal

  • 1 cup masoor dal
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 turmeric

Ingredients For Tadka (Tempering)

  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/8 tsp hing
  • 2 dried chilies
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 green chilies, minced
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • shado beni or coriander leaf

Step 1

Clean lentils then put water and turmeric, salt boil it.

Step 2

Boil it until cook 100%.

Step 3

While we boil lentils, we cut vegetables like this.

Step 4

Heat oil in a wok and put ginger and green chilies, fry it.

Step 5

Then put cumin, mustard seed, hing, dried chilies, bay leaves, fry it.

Step 6

Fry it a little.

Step 7

Then put tomato fry it.

Step 8

Then put salt, sugar and chili powder fry it one or two minutes.

Step 9

Then put mango powder and garam masala fry it

Step 10

Then put cilantro fry it of fire.

Step 11

Then put tempering in the pot boil lentils again.

Boiling it a few minutes it’s all ready.
