Black Dishes: Charcoal Buns and Squid Ink Sausage |黑金流沙包和墨汁香肠
I happened to have two types of black dishes today, and surprisingly, they taste better than they look!
今天正好点了两样黑色的东西,虽然看起来黑黢黢的不怎么上镜,但味道还挺不赖。
Black sausage is similar to black pasta, the squid ink adds natural black color and fishy flavor to the sausage.
墨鱼汁香肠类似墨鱼汁意大利面的做法,因为加了黑色的墨鱼汁所以漆黑一团,味道有点类似鱼丸。
When charcoal powder is added to the buns, it actually taste more chewy and looks shiny black.
黑金流沙包的面皮加了碳粉,因此是实实在在的黑得像煤炭一样,加过碳粉的面团要更有嚼劲一点。里面是黄色的奶黄馅。
