Whatโs up STACKERS!
Just a quick update on my weekly Actifit Workout... Hmmm, only 2100+ Total Steps which was pretty strange. I got one hell of a workout in. LOL
Nothing special about todayโs workout. Just got in the gym for an hour an threw some heavy ass weights around like a meat head haha.
My next workout will probably be on Thursday or Friday. Like usual, I tend to take long breaks between my workouts to recover.
By the way, I want to give a shoutout to all the people doing the daily twitter push-ups challenges. If you donโt know what Iโm talking about, be sure to find all of us on twitter.

starting to think it was gloomy everywhere today lol.
I actually found taking breaks like 1 -2 days between hard workouts to be very productive compared to hitting it hard every day.
Your so right... when I was in my 20โs, everyday was easy! Now It take me a few days to recover from one workout ๐ด๐ผ๐

I started the push ups challenges buy I was not consistent with it, it seems the weather is very friendly and sunny as well
It just takes 10 seconds to do the challenge everyday lol
