What I have seen in real life a conditional love is something that both of the partners want to stay together for their own needs. After fulfilling the needs they can be separated or they can can stay together for life long.

I have seen in Australia that many foreigners make relationship with native Australians to get Australian citizenship. The condition is like the native citizen will provide accommodation and partnership proofs with all legal papers until the refugee person get full citizenship. In return the refugee will pay all the bills and expenses by doing jobs or however he can and after getting the passport he have to pay a certain amount of money for the legal support as reward. This is one type of conditional love.

Another conditional love is marring old age people. I have seen a lot of relations that are uneven aged. Here the young person get in to a relationship with a absolutely old aged person due to the richness of the old person. This is just because of the greed of the wealth. Nothing more than greed works here. It's a one sided love most of the time. The young one just stay with patience till the death of the wealthy owner to become owner of those wealth.

True love knows no bounds, no conditions. True lovers stay together forever without any needs and conditions but only one condition works here. Love each other. Poverty, quarrel, tears everything is there but love is upon everything.

Even the best lover the mother have only one condition to her children. And that is be a good human being by study and hard work. Actually this is not a condition. This is for her children's better future. Nothing for herself.

Only Mother's Love is Unconditional.

"I love you because....."

unlike an unconditional love, where no reason is need (or reason is no longer needed). Conditional love IMO is when one has to justify their feelings.

An actual conditional love is love with conditions, you don't love the person based on who they are, you love then based on the conditions, example I love you because you are beautiful or I love you because you can pay my bills,  love with conditions which means you don't really love the person but what the person can do for you

Any earlier condition to love is restrictive love. Illustration: unequivocal prenuptial assention; understood understanding of setting up family far from guardians on marriage, and so forth. Most love is just contingent love - you adore me and I cherish you back. Rarely you find unlimited love, for example, between a mother and her kid, an enthusiast and his/her divinity, a devotee and his/her master, et cetera.
