Hey, guys the weekend just started and I am more than relieved. Working long hours on a consistent basis does result in burnout. It is very important to pace every single activity that you do. Remember, life ain't a race. It's a marathon. If you get burnout very early, you will not see the finish line. So, it is fine to take a few breathers every now and then.

Let me now take you through my daily activities.

Morning:

In the morning, I woke up at 5:30 AM. The weather in Bangalore has got cooler these days. So, early morning, the outside temperature is just perfect for a morning walk. After I got up, I went ahead and curated a few articles here in the BOI community.

While I was going through these articles, my mom got me my morning glass of hot water with squeezed lemon. This helps improve your immunity as well as your metabolism. I'm pretty sure that the lockdown has reduced all our physical activities. So, this is a great way to help your body recuperate.

I then took Cooper on his daily walk at 6:45 AM. Today on our walk, we met all our stray dog friends. They just come and want to play with us during our walk. They also accompany us for over a kilometer-long walk as well. During our walk, we also met my sister. So, it turned out to be an extra-long walk today.

I got back home at 8 AM and gave Cooper his breakfast. I then completed my morning chores and also had my breakfast as well.

I then went on to watch a few episodes of my favorite anime, Attack on Titan. I then fell asleep for a while.

Noon:

Green tea preparation

I was woken up to the loud noise of thunder and when I checked the time, it was already 3 PM in the noon. So, I had some curd rice for lunch and then went on to prepare some green tea for myself. I had recently bought the new gree tea and wanted to try it out. It was definitely a refreshing feeling.

Evening:

Paneer pakoda

In the evening, my mom prepared hot paneer balls. This was really very delicious with the tomato ketchup. The perfect snacks for a cold evening.

After my snacks, I started to research some APIs that I can use for another feature on my apps. At 7 PM, I played for a bit with Cooper and then gave him his dinner. I had my dinner and since it was raining at night, I couldn't go on my night walk. So, I hit the bed early today and I will curate the BOI posts in the morning.
