Psychologists say that mental health is the ability to adapt
Life has always brought us different and varied surprises and pressures; and the reactions vary according to the amount of psychological resilience. The breakdown and loss of control, coupled with poor psychological resilience, and the existence of sufficient psychological resilience help to overcome many difficulties effectively and easily.
The key is to learn how to transform life experiences into permanent internal resources embedded in our brains. Although this is not a quick solution, it can strengthen your brain, strengthen your muscles, and when you are more resilient to the challenges of life, Away from tension, anxiety, frustration and hurt.
There are internal sources of support, these sources exist within each human being; but in most cases it is buried and we know nothing about it, but its knowledge helps us to look for it, and strengthen them
To start developing greater resilience, choose a challenge in your life, and you may choose an external challenge, such as a relationship dispute, stressful work, or a health problem. Or you may choose an internal challenge, such as harsh self-criticism or feeling unwanted in you, and sometimes you may choose an external challenge but an external challenge. For example, tension with someone may provoke self-criticism within you.
Almost everyone has many enjoyable or useful experiences every day, most of them light and short, but do you notice these experiences and highlight them in your consciousness, or pass through them quickly and move beyond?
Your brain constantly reshapes itself to learn from your experiences, and when you repeatedly stimulate a "circle" in your brain, you strengthen it, your brain works very quickly, and this is an opportunity to develop resilience.
For useful experiences, you need attention to the good facts around you, for example the good conditions, the beauty of nature around you, the tasks you can complete, the people who care about you, your talents and your own skills, and you can even find good in difficult times, Treat others in times of loss.
