Ingredients
- 1 kg of fresh salmon
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 250 gr mini beans
- 2 btg carrots
- 250 ml of milk
- 50 ml cream
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Dry oregano leaves
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
The steps
- Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, mash the potatoes until smooth
- Cook the finely ground potatoes, add milk, cream, 1 teaspoon of butter, pepper, a little dry oregano leaves and salt.
- Cut carrots size 6 cm and clean the beans. Boil with a little salt.
- Chop the garlic and saute it with butter until it is yellow and leave it first.
- Cut salmon 180 grams, dry with tissue. Combine salt, olive oil and black pepper in salmon.
- Heat the pan, cook the salmon over the cauldron with the salmon skin position below. Leave until the skin is dry (off the skillet), turn left and right until brown. Do not cook too long.
- Serve salmon, mash potato, beans and carrots on a plate. Spread the onion butter onto the vegetables.
