Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice, soak 4-6 hours
- 3/4 glass of urad dal, soak 4-6 hours
- 1 handful of cooked rice (to produce a tender sin)
- Salt to taste
- Oil to taste
The steps
- Soak the rice and urad dal up to 6 hours for soft when smoothed.
- Puree rice, dal and rice separately. Try to use water as little as possible.
- Then, mix all the ingredients and stir it evenly. Let the dough fermented for one night (10 - 12 hours). Place the dough in a warm place.
- In the morning, the dough will be ready for cooking. Add salt to taste. If the dough is too thick, may add a little water.
- Heat the skillet dosakallu.
- Pour a sufficient dough of sin, then flatten with glass / cup to really thin.
- Oil splashes. Then flatten the oil all over the surface of sin. Cook until cooked.
- Lift it by rolling it up and ready to serve.

i love indian food, my favorite
i like indian food. the spices and exotic taste i would never have in any of the traditional ones i have in my country.
but i wouldn't agree with eating whatever you like. maybe a cheat day once a week :)
