Samosa


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Potatoes, boiled and puree
  • 2 pieces of carrot, diced
  • 6 cloves of onion, puree
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 red chili, puree
  • 6 pcs of cayenne pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 celery stalks, finely sliced
  • Flavoring (Optional)
  • Spring roll skin
  • Oil for frying and sauteing

The steps

  1. Saute onion, garlic, red pepper and cayenne pepper. Add black pepper, cumin and salt. Then enter the carrot. Cook until cooked.
  2. Mix potatoes and celery leaves. Then put in the stir fry. Add curry powder.
  3. Fill the spring rolls with the dough. Then fold in triangular shape.
  4. Fry until done, Serve.
