Baked Cream Pesto Pasta
Ingredients

For Pesto :
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 1/2 cups basil
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup pine nutes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 350g fusilli pasta
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 250g mozzarella balls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
For Pasta Bake :
Preparation
- For pesto, mix garlic, pine nuts, cold water, heavy cream, basil, parmesan, salt and pepper in food processor or blender. Then add olive oil and process again until combined.
- Cook fusilli until becomes al dente. Drain the pasta.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Mix fusilli, pesto and cherry tomatoes in a skillet.
- Put grated parmesan and mozzarella balls on top of fusilli and pesto.
- Bake it at 200C until mozzarella has melted.
- Add permesan and fresh basil.
- Enjoy!
