CHEDDAR CHIPS
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 cups cheese cracker cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
The steps
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- Slice potatoes using knife or mandoline.
- Put cheddar crackers in a ziplock bag and crush them until becomes powder.
- Mix potato chips with oil, cheddar powder and salt in a large bowl.
- Place the chips on a greased baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy!
