9 reasons why employee leave a company.

1. "AIO" = Everything is done by person, maybe he/she is easy to persuade.
2. lack of encouragement and rewards
3. management does not care about workers( low level staffs)
4. lack of entiltlement
5. promoting the wrong employee
6. prevent employee from getting into their passion
7. lack of improvement programm that male employee more knowledgable
8. does not allow employee to use their own ideas promoting
9. ineffective complains
