Digital face painting
Was trying out some brushes In Corel painter 2018 trying to figure out some ones that I like. I upgrade every year and don't use enough of them. I find myself using the same 3 or 4 brushes constantly and that's a bit of a shame.
Think you can sort of get stuck in your own rut and not challenge yourself with new things so I like to do some exercises to break out of that. He is a bit rough around the edges but I got what I want out of it.
He looks like an angry Mr. Clean lol
Combing your thoght of an angry mr clean and another person who replied that he looks like he saw too much spam maybe he is mr spam cleaner :)
Looks like Henry Rollins a little bit. Or gmuxx on a bad day :D
Why you gotta do @gmuxx like that xD
No disrespect intended, I'd do well to be a gmuxx doppleganger :D
Lol, pretty close actually 🤣
Yeah I know this "someone ate my donut" look.
Mmmmm donuts!
Look at the face in the post and think again. Hands off!
Character looks like they've seen a bit too much spam on steem XD How did you find the other brushes? I know that feel anyway, I have a few more than 4 that I stick with but there's definitely some that I use so much they're just in my favourites palette and everything else barely gets a look in XD
I really enjoy the brushes on painter, I want to get more into the "thick" media they have but I sorta gravitate back so I want to expand. They have an endless amount of brushes to use and create but I feel it takes me time to learn how to integrate them into how I draw. I see really cool ones but then don't know how to incorporate it fluently so I just go back to my usual, that's what I am trying to get away from.
I don't do much painting (or digital painting), so I can't comment on the brushes, but I will say this has a nice finished look. Especially in the forehead area, it looks like flesh you could reach out and touch.
so real .. wo w
Yes good
a very amazing work, I love it very much
Lukisan yang sangat bagus, itu sebuah seni karya yang baik
That is what you have just said.
I am the same way. I use the old painter 12 and I use the same few brushes, pens, pastels etc. I keep seeing artrage and really want to try it. Have you tried it?
I saw someone post something they made with it and it look so like really dripping spraypaint and stucco. I am thinking of checking it out as I want to make a series of cool digital printmaking processes. Ive played with a few palette knives tryin to replicate the squigee I use in screen prininting.
This is a cool illustration by the way.
