RE: Diary of a Biohacker - breathing techniques & biofeedback with The EMWave Device
Cahlen, Thank you for your message and words of encouragement. For me, the only difference was that I found the inner balance easier to stay within the green coherence range. It may have had something to do with the sensor. Aside from that, I don't think there's has been a significant difference in its impact compared to the EMWave. One thing I've tried to impose on myself, as a rule, is to avoid any negative thinking. I firmly believe in the laws of attraction and this may have also helped me move on with my life. Worrying serves no purpose and I think combining this way of thinking, along with practising breathing techniques amplifies the effect of drawing more positive things into your life. Wishing you all the very best.
Thank you for your reply @steemitleee. I tend to agree with you on the matter of positivity.
Do you believe it is also important to be aware of the negative aspects of the world, or is it best to ignore them completely from start to finish?
Being aware of what is going on in the world is fine, but most people tend to focus on what they don't want and what is bad in this world when what they should really be focusing on is what they want and how things could be better. You draw toward you more of what you think about. So if you're always focusing on what's wrong then you tend to draw more of that into your world. It's more difficult than you might think, and it takes a shift in mindset.
