#1 Blists Hill Victorian Town - Shropshire England by @nuthman

The entire town is dressed in period clothing as if they are living in Victorian times. To complete the effect, everyone is in character and act as if all is normal - but don't notice that us outsiders are dressed in modern clothing and carrying around electronic newfangled devices. As I assume is normal in those days, we just walked up a carriage, and these two girls gave us a ride for free. Because, you know, in the 1800s everyone just picked up strangers and hauled them around town.

#2 California 2013 - Calico ghost town [EN/DE] by @patschwork

So I´m going to start with our stop in Calico, an old abandoned mining town from 1881. It was on the way from L.A. to Las Vegas, located in the Mojave desert. Of course Calico is prepared to please tourists, you have to pay entrace, there were busses with travel parties stopping as well, shops and restaurants.

#3 Norway – A building that rises like an iceberg from the fjord by @digi-me

No matter in which direction one arrives Oslo, the capital of Norway, one sees this white building rise like an iceberg from the fjord. This building is the Opera House - the first Norwegian opera house ever. It was erected after the Parliament's decision in 1999. The ground work in the harbor pool began in 2003 and the building was completed by the end of 2007/08.
